No thank you just isn't enough

My friends and I went dancing. One guy decided that he would try to dance with us, although all of us turned him down politely. The second time he came up to me asking me to dance, I asked him "What the fuck is up with you." He responded with something that I couldn't understand at which point I told him he was "drunk as fuck and to leave us alone." He continued to bother tons of other women the entire night.

We then realized that he was with a group of foreign guys. I did notice that his English was not the best, but the point is he can understand body language and me blatantly pushing him away.
